Delivery Fees and Payment Method

Delivery Fees:

  1. Delivery in Geneva is free of charge.
  2. For the rest of Switzerland, delivery costs 20 CHF.
  3. Delivery within Switzerland is free for all online orders of 500 CHF incl. VAT or more.

Additional delivery conditions:
Delivery is subject to timely and proper supply by our partner suppliers and the absence of any force majeure event. Events considered as force majeure include civil unrest, armed conflict, strikes or social movements, decisions by public authorities, exceptional natural events, and the disruption of supply by an upstream supplier. We accept no liability for delivery delays caused by our suppliers, third parties, or force majeure.

Payment Method
We currently only accept cash on delivery. You may pay for your order upon receipt.
